Common use of CONDITIONS APPLY Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS APPLY. Until this Temporary Global Security has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Security shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Securities in definitive form in substantially the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of Definitive Security, Coupon and Talon) to the Fiscal Agency Agreement and the related interest coupons and talons for further interest coupons in the denomination of EUR 100,000 and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of Securities represented by this Global Security.
