Common use of CONDITIONS APPLY Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS APPLY. Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Notes in definitive form in substantially the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of Definitive Note) to the Fiscal Agency Agreement and the related interest coupons in the denomination of EUR 100,000 and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of Notes represented by this Global Note.

Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Notes in definitive form in substantially the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of Definitive Note) to the Fiscal Agency Agreement and the related interest coupons in the denomination denominations of EUR 100,000 and integral multiples of EUR 1,000 in excess thereof and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note.

Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Notes in definitive form in substantially the form set out in the Third Schedule 3 (Form of Definitive Note) to the Fiscal Agency Agreement and the related principal receipts, interest coupons and talons for further interest coupons in the denomination of EUR 100,000 Sterling 50,000 and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note.

CONDITIONS APPLY. Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Notes in definitive form in substantially the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of Definitive Note) to the Fiscal Agency Agreement and the related interest coupons coupons, in the denomination of EUR €100,000 and integral multiples of €1,000 in excess thereof up to and including €199,000 and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note.
