Common use of CONDITIONS APPLY Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS APPLY. Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Definitive Notes and any related Coupons and Talons in the smallest Specified Denomination and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of the Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note.

CONDITIONS APPLY. Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Notes in definitive form in substantially the form set out in Part A of Schedule 2 (Form of Definitive Notes and any related Coupons and Talons in the smallest Specified Denomination and in an aggregate principal amount equal Original Note) to the principal amount of Supplemental Fiscal Agency Agreement and the related Receipts and Coupons. The Conditions shall be modified with respect to Notes represented by this Temporary Global NoteNote by the provisions set out herein.

Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Definitive Notes and any related Coupons and Talons in definitive form in the smallest Specified Denomination denomination of €100,000 in substantially the form set out in Part A of Schedule 2 (Form of Definitive Note) to the Trust Deed and the related Coupons, and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of the Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note.

CONDITIONS APPLY. 8.1 Until this Temporary Global Note has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Temporary Global Note shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if the bearer were the holder of Definitive Notes and any related Coupons Coupons, Receipts and Talons in the smallest Specified Denomination specified denomination and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of the Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note.
