CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS. 1.1 The tenant(s) or prospective tenant(s) wish/wishes to make use of the services and/or work offered by Househunting, with the purpose to facilitate and promote, among other things, that prospective tenant(s) or tenant(s) and lessors/owners find each other in the market of tenancies of immovable property and in this respect enter into agreements and make arrangements with each other. Effectively, Househunting provides a professional and specialist service, based on its (extensive) network, as well as a wide range of immovable property available for tenancies, where tenant(s) or prospective tenant(s) are specifically looking for those services, knowledge and range of rental properties on offer, in both the private and the business segment.
CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS. Borrower shall pay the Debt at the time and in the manner provided in the Note and in this Deed of Trust. Said machines is described as a 750 ton form molding machine, with gas assist technology and proprietary configuration, and said machine has been inspected and approved by the representative of Nitro Plastics, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, who has acknowledged that said equipment is suitable in every way and necessary for the manufacture of plastic pallets from recycled plastic using the Process and Information and further that said equipment is of the kind an nature which when using the Process will produce plastic pallets from recycled plastic at the rate of ______ pallets per hour.
