Conditional Approval. Upon conditional approval from SHPO, NPS, and NSP of the conversion, District may begin Construction Phase 1 improvements. The existing ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Middle School building may not be demolished until completion of Section 106 Review and upon final approval to proceed with the conversion from NPS and NSP.
