Common use of Condition of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Condition of the Premises. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant has been occupying the Premises pursuant to the Lease, and therefore Tenant continues to accept the Premises in its presently existing, "as is" condition. Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises.

Condition of the Premises. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant has been occupying the Premises pursuant to the Lease, has had full opportunity to review the condition thereof and therefore has done so, and therefore, Tenant continues shall continue to accept the Premises in its presently existing, "“as is" ” condition. Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work build-out of, or services related to the improvement of alteration to, the Premises.

Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant has been occupying the Premises pursuant to the Lease, and therefore Tenant continues to accept the Premises in its presently existing, "“as is" ” condition. Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises.

Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises.

Except as expressly specifically set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter")Section 9, below, Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or of services related to the improvement of the Premises.

Except as expressly specifically set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter")this Lease, Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises.. Tenant also acknowledges that Landlord has made no representation or warranty regarding the condition of the Premises or the Building except as specifically set forth in this Lease. 1.3

Tenant also acknowledges that neither Landlord nor any agent of Landlord has made any representation or warranty regarding the condition of the Premises, the Building, or the Project or with respect to the suitability of the same for the conduct of Tenant’s business.

Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises; provided, however, the foregoing shall not waive Landlord’s maintenance and repair obligations set forth in the Lease.

Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises, subject to Landlord’s ongoing repair and maintenance obligations as and to the extent set forth in the Lease.

Landlord Except as specifically set forth in this Lease and the Tenant acknowledge that Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B, Tenant has been occupying the Premises pursuant to the Lease, and therefore Tenant continues to shall accept the Premises in its presently existing, "“as is" ” condition. Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), and Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises. Tenant also acknowledges that Landlord has made no representation or warranty regarding the condition of the Premises or the Building except as specifically set forth in this Lease.

Tenant also acknowledges that Landlord has made no representation or warranty regarding the condition of the Premises.

Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant has been occupying the Premises pursuant to the Lease, and therefore Tenant continues agrees to accept the Premises in its presently existing, "as “as-is" condition. Except as expressly set forth in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Work Letter"), ” condition and acknowledges that Landlord shall not be obligated to provide or pay for any improvement work or services related to the improvement of the Premises. Tenant also acknowledges that Landlord has made no representations or warranties regarding the condition of the Premises nor the suitability of the Premises for the conduct of Tenant’s business.
