CONDITION of PAYMENT for EMPLOYEE OFF WORK. (a) Company agrees to pay its share toward the employee's health coverage for employees for one (1) month beyond the month in which the employee becomes ill or is hospitalized or in accordance with applicable state and federal law. The employee must remit their share of the health coverage premium to the Human Resources Office by the end of the following month.

The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.
