Concurrent Enrollment. A. For courses where students can earn post-secondary credit, teachers of those courses will be compensated an additional one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). The district retains discretion as to who teaches these courses. Once the courses are assigned, the building administrator will notify the business office. This notice will be sufficient to secure payment.

Concurrent Enrollment. Discipline issues resulting in the expulsion of a student from class(es) or high school will result in the withdrawal of the student in any concurrent enrollment courses. Dual Enrollment Discipline issues resulting in the expulsion of a student from class(es) or high school will be handled according to the CWC policies concerning student conduct on an individual basis.

The parties also agree that the teachers of the Concurrent Enrollment courses must volunteer to teach the additional minutes per concurrent classroom period, as required by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx College. Teachers that do not agree to teach the additional minutes as required by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx College will not be eligible to teach a Concurrent Enrollment course.
Concurrent Enrollment. Students enrolled at NCLC may concurrently enroll at AUSD high schools and middle schools for selected classes when there is space available. AUSD will provide NCLC with records of student performance in the class and a transcript reflecting the concurrent enrollment. NCLC shall inform AUSD in a timely manner of anticipated concurrent enrollment requests for students at NCLC. AUSD students may also concurrently enroll at NCLC for selected classes when there is space available. NCLC will provide the student’s primary high school with records of student performance in the class and a transcript reflecting the concurrent enrollment. For each course-year equivalent in which a NCLC student is concurrently enrolled in an AUSD school, NCLC shall pay AUSD $750. for the school year 09-1-. Beginning with the 2010-11 school year the costs shall be determined by all instruction budgeted expenses divided by the number of sections divided by average class size, but not less than $750. Costs will be adjusted to the actual year end costs. The amount payable will be prorated for the period of the sutdent’s attendance, with a minimum charge equal to one academic quarter. For each academic year, the determination of the amount payable per course shall be made by August 1st. For NCLC courses offered outside the regular school day in which AUSD students are concurrently enrolled with the approval of their school principal or designee, NCLC shall charge an administrative fee of $10. per unit of credit. Whether the administrative fee is paid by the school or the individual student shall be governed by applicable AUSD policies and administrative regulations. Payment for concurrent enrollment, as governed by this agreement, shall be made at the end of the fiscal year, with the amounts owed by AUSD and NCLC calculated and documented in the year-end reconciliation described above.
Concurrent Enrollment. As of the date of this Agreement, and subject to any curriculum changes by either party, i) students who complete an approved associate degree with Colorado Community College System at any time during their pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with Columbia College, are eligible for the general education waiver, ii) students who complete any other associate degree with Colorado Community College System, during their pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with Columbia College, may complete additional coursework to fulfill the general education requirements, outlined in Section B, once all the general education waiver requirements are met and the associate degree is awarded, the student will be eligible for the general education waiver. Coursework may be completed with Columbia College, Colorado Community College System, or any other accredited institution from whom transfer credit is accepted by the Columbia College Office of the Registrar.

AUSD and EHS will use this information to work to provide space in these desired classes as budget and other constraints allow. Failure to notify AUSD that ACLC students intend to enroll in EHS courses on or before June 18 will result in a waiver of ACLC’s right to request concurrent enrollment pursuant to this section. AUSD will provide ACLC with records of ACLC students’ performance in the EHS class and a transcript reflecting the concurrent enrollment. EHS students may also concurrently enroll at ACLC for classes specifically designed, in collaboration with EHS, to accommodate EHS students. ACLC will provide EHS with records of student performance in the class and a transcript reflecting the concurrent enrollment.

Concurrent Enrollment. Students enrolled at Charter Schools may concurrently enroll at Encinal Junior-Senior High School (EJSHS) for selected classes, provided that AUSD students have ongoing priority for enrollment and there is ongoing space available in those classes as determined solely by AUSD. By June 18, Charter Schools will provide EJSHS with enrollment projections and course interests for the following academic year. Failure to notify AUSD that Charter Schools’ students intend to enroll in EHS classes on or before June 18 will result in a waiver of Charter Schools’ right to request concurrent enrollment for the following academic year. Any enrollment of a Charter Schools student in an EJSHS class shall be revocable at any point by AUSD if space in the class is needed to serve AUSD students. AUSD will provide Charter Schools with records of Charter Schools’ student performance and a transcript reflecting the concurrent enrollment. EJSHS students may also concurrently enroll at Charter Schools for classes specifically designed, in collaboration with EJSHS, to serve EJSHS students. Charter Schools will provide AUSD with records of EJSHS student performance and a transcript reflecting any concurrent enrollment.
Concurrent Enrollment. High school students under twenty-one years of age, enrolled in the 9th - 12th grade in a school district, who demonstrate academic preparedness, are eligible for the concurrent enrollment program. - STUDENT EDUCATION & ENRICHMENT (SEE). High school students under twenty-one years of age may enroll in college courses at MSU Denver as a non-degree-seeking student under the SEE Program. You are required to submit information to Metropolitan State University of Denver and register for classes in the same way regularly admitted students do. There are six steps in this process; those marked with an asterisk must be completed each semester you intend to enroll in MSU Denver courses through concurrent enrollment.
Concurrent Enrollment. As part of this agreement, the School District will offer concurrent enrollment, career pathways program, and Ascent opportunities to LCS students through existing agreements between the School District and Front Range Community College and Aims Community College. It is necessary that all components related to eligibility, enrollment, credit, registration, financial provisions, FTE status, and other terms of the existing agreements be followed by LCS (a copy of the agreements are available for review by LCS or its delegates upon request). All internal systems and processes for student enrollment and certification/endorsement must be followed to meet the requirements of the existing agreements. Nothing in this Section 5.11 shall be construed so as to limit LCS from executing its own agreements with any concurrent enrollment education provider, or to limit the participation of LCS or its students solely to the School District's programs contemplated in this Section 5.11. Should any LCS students enroll in any of the concurrent enrollment programs described in this Section 5.11, it is expected that LCS will reimburse the School District for all tuition, fees and all other association expenses using the October 1 count formula for per pupil revenue (PPR). If an LCS student is enrolled and included in the count, the concurrent fees will apply.
