Concurrence Presumed Sample Clauses

The "Concurrence Presumed" clause establishes that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, all parties to an agreement are assumed to have agreed to a particular action, decision, or interpretation. In practice, this means that if a decision needs to be made or an action taken under the contract, it is presumed that all required parties have given their consent unless someone objects or a different process is specified. This clause streamlines decision-making and reduces delays by eliminating the need for explicit confirmation from every party for routine matters, thereby ensuring efficiency and minimizing the risk of disputes over whether proper consent was obtained.
