CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. HMO Louisiana, Inc., shall offer a Medicare Advantage Plan for Medicare-eligible OGB retired Plan Participants where it is approved to do so by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) in all OGB regions. These services shall include, at a minimum, all services specified in Section 1.2 and the attachments referenced therein.

The current casualty program consists of coverage for general, professional, and media liability and various professional obligations. The new program may include reinsurance on certain lines and coverage of students, student organizations, and related programs. Related coverages and services may be added to each program at any time during the contract period and the Contractor must handle all additions.

Coverage of the Louisiana Superdome and SMG is part of this program, carrying its own segregated policies. Related coverages and services may be added to each program at any time during the contract period and the Contractor must handle all additions.
CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. ICF agrees to serve as Louisiana’s Road Home Housing Manager, acting as the State’s agent to operate Housing Assistance Centers, conduct outreach, accept and process applications for financial assistance, verify applicants’ eligibility, determine amounts of assistance in accordance with State guidelines, provide advisory services to property owners, negotiate purchases and sales of properties, assist the State in handling land title issues, create/maintain a comprehensive management information system, develop and provide a process for mediation of disputes between vendors and homeowners, and perform other duties as required to manage the program and comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and contractual requirements (the “Project”).

  • Description of Services (a) Services Provided on an Ongoing Basis, If Applicable.

  • General Description of Services The A-E will be contacted by COUNTY Project Management staff on an “as-needed” basis as projects arise to provide A-E for professional services. Requirements will be discussed by both Parties and A-E shall prepare a written Scope Statement that will include the specific work to be performed, including the costs and time required to complete the project/task. Orange COUNTY Project Management staff will then review the A-E’s Scope Statement, proceed with negotiation of task costs and when satisfied, issue a Contract Task Order (CTO) against this CONTRACT. The A-E shall serve as lead of a design team that may include other construction design professionals working together to ensure that the original design is carried through to the finished product, with no alterations in materials or design that would lead to safety issues or compromise the quality of the building or building component. Other team members who may be retained by the lead to support a project as a consultant may include but are not limited to landscape architects, lighting designers, data consultants, security consultants, controls engineers, commissioning consultants, traffic engineers, surveyors, estimators, special inspection, etc. The A-E shall be responsible for the preparation of comprehensive building assessments, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports within the scope of the Contract Task Order (CTO). In the preparation of construction drawings and specification, the A-E shall also responsible for:

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section J shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section J requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
