Common use of CONCERTED ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 20.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, unlawful picketing or refusal or failure to fully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the County Schools’ Office by the Association or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 20.1 23.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, unlawful slow-down, picketing on property owned or operated by the CHARTER SCHOOL, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the County Schools’ Office CHARTER SCHOOL by the Association or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the requests of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 20.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, unlawful picketing picketing, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilitiesresponsibilities as contained in Board policy, or other interference with the operations of the County Schools’ Office District by the Association or by its officers, agents, officers or members Teachers during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other employee organizations to engage in such activity. It is understood that any Teacher violating this article may be subject to discipline up to and including termination by the District.
