CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 24.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slow-down, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by the Federation, or by any of the Federation's officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 24.1 20.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slow-downslowdown, sick- out, picketing, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by the Federation, SEIU or by any of the Federation's its officers, agents, agents or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 24.1 14.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slow-down, picketing or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by the Federation, Bargaining Unit or by any of the Federation's its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activityactivity except as allowed by law.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 24.1 18.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slow-down, picketing or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by the Federation, bargaining unit or by any of the Federation's its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreementagreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 24.1 23.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slow-down, picketing, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by the Federation, CSEA or by any of the Federation's its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor employee organizations to engage in such activity.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 24.1 17.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slow-down, sick-out, picketing or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilitiesresponsibilities as contained in the Position Description, or other interference with the operations of the District district by the Federation, Association or by any of the Federation's officers, agents, or unit members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity.
