Common use of Con Edison Representatives Clause in Contracts

Con Edison Representatives. Con ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall designate an individual or individuals who have authority to bind Con ▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereunder and Generator shall be entitled to rely upon such designation. Con ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall also designate an individual or individuals who will be available at the Con ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Energy Control Center 365 days per year and 24 hours per day and shall be empowered by ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to make operational decisions hereunder on ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s behalf (“Con ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Senior System Operator”).
