The Depositor will file with the Commission a current report on Form 8-K (an "Additional Materials 8-K") setting forth all Computational Materials, ABS Term Sheets and Collateral Term Sheets provided to the Depositor by any Underwriter within the applicable time periods allotted for such filing pursuant to the No-Action Letters (as defined in Section 6).
