Common use of Computation of Yield Clause in Contracts

Computation of Yield. In making any determination of Yield, the following rules shall apply: ( a) Yield shall accrue daily on the Purchasers’ Pool Investment on such day. Each Purchaser Agent shall determine the Yield accruing with respect to each Rate Tranche for the Purchasers in its Purchaser Group daily, in accordance with the definition of Yield; (b) no provision of this Agreement shall require the payment or permit the collection of Yield in excess of the maximum permitted by applicable Law; and (c) Yield for any Rate Tranche shall not be considered paid by any distribution or other payment if at any time such distribution or payment is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason.
