Compulsory Registration. This agreement shall be subject to compulsory registration by Allottee on payment of charges in the manner as provided in this agreement. In case if the Allottee ignores and/or is not willing to have the agreement registered, then the effect of non-registration shall be sole liability of the Allottee.
