Comprehensive Liability Insurance. Tenant shall, at its cost and expense, at all times, maintain in force, for the joint benefit of Landlord and Tenant, and any Leasehold Mortgagee a broad form comprehensive coverage policy of public liability insurance issued by a carrier licensed to do business in the State of Nebraska with a Best's Insurance Guide Rating of A-, by the terms of which Landlord, Tenant and any Leasehold Mortgagee are named as insureds. The insurance policy or polices shall be maintained on the minimum basis of $1,000,000.00 for damage to property and for bodily injury or death as to any person, and $3,000,000.00 as to any one accident. Landlord reserves the right to require reasonable increases in the limits of coverage from time to time during the Term, and the requested increases will be deemed reasonable if they are consistent with commercially reasonable practices for similar projects in the same geographic area. The insurance policy or policies shall be stated to be primary and noncontributing with any insurance which may be carried by Landlord. If requested in writing by Landlord, a certificate of insurance, together with proof of payment of the premium thereof shall be delivered to Landlord prior to the commencement of construction of the Building, and renewal certificates and proof of payment of premium therefor shall be delivered to Landlord not less than thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date of any such insurance policies during the Term. The insurance shall be cancelable only after thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Landlord and Tenant and any Leasehold Mortgagee. If Tenant fails to timely pay any premium when due, Landlord shall be authorized to do so, and may charge all costs and expenses thereof, including the premium, to Tenant, to be paid by Tenant as additional rent hereunder. Tenant may maintain self-insurance for all or part of the public liability insurance required hereunder so long as the coverage provided either through self-insurance or insurance or some combination of the two that equals or exceeds the scope of coverage required hereunder. Evidence of Self Insurance. Tenant shall annually or at the request of the Landlord provide evidence that it is self-insured for liability equal to the minimum basis set forth above in section 11.
Comprehensive Liability Insurance. Section 15.2 The Employer shall pay the cost for comprehensive liability insurance covering individuals within the bargaining unit set forth in Section 1.0, provided such insurance remains available to the Employer during the term of this Agreement.
Comprehensive Liability Insurance. During the Lease Term, COMPANY shall, at its own expense, obtain and maintain in full force a policy of comprehensive liability insurance including property damage, that insures COMPANY and PIMSA (and such other agents or employees of PIMSA, PIMSA's subsidiaries or affiliates, or PIMSA's assignees or any nominee of PIMSA holding any interest in the Leased Property, including without limitation, the holder of any mortgage encumbering the Leased Property) against liability for injury to persons and property and for death of any persons occurring in or about the Leased Property. The liability to such insurance shall be in the amount of $100,000.00 Dollars (One Hundred Thousand Dollars 00/100, United States Currency).
Comprehensive Liability Insurance. 17.01 Lessee shall, at its sole expense, provide and maintain in full force and effect during the term of this lease such comprehensive liability insurance in an amount not less than: Combined Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability, TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000) each occurrence and ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) aggregate which shall protect Lessee and Department from claims for damages from personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages, which may arise from operations conducted under this lease or any occurrence on or about the leased premises whether such operations are by Lessee or anyone directly, or indirectly, employed by it. The operation of automobiles or motor vehicles operated in the business of Lessee shall be included or covered by like insurance. In addition, Department shall be immediately advised should Lessee or the insurance company prior to the expiration date indicated on said policy cancel any policy. Department shall be named as additional insured on said liability insurance.

Comprehensive Liability Insurance. All Police Officers shall be covered by the City of Helena False Arrest group plan. The Employer agrees to abide by all requirements of the laws of the State of Montana and Helena City Code relating to its obligation to defend, indemnify and hold employees harmless while acting within the course and scope of their employment.
Comprehensive Liability Insurance. The CONTRACTOR shall secure and maintain, for the duration of this AGREEMENT, including any supplements thereto, the following Comprehensive Liability Insurance policy or policies at no cost to the OWNER. With respect to the operations the CONTRACTOR performs, the CONTRACTOR shall carry Comprehensive General Liability Insurance providing for a combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury, death, and property damage. The City of Xxxxxxx shall be named as an additional insured party on the Comprehensive General Liability policy and shall be a certificate holder on all policies such that the City shall be notified no less than ten (10) days prior to the date of cancellation or expiration of such policy(ies).
Comprehensive Liability Insurance. Each party shall purchase and carry adequate comprehensive general liability insurance, including auto coverage for owned, non-owned and hired vehicles, insuring such party against liability for personal or bodily injury to third parties. Such policy or policies shall name the party seeking the coverage as insured, and the other party as an additional insured.
Comprehensive Liability Insurance. TeleTech shall maintain a policy of "general," "public" or "commercial" comprehensive liability insurance with policy limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and death and $1,000,000 for each occurrence for damage to property;
