Common use of Comprehensive Insurance Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Insurance. (a) The Employer agrees to provide comprehensive insurance covering tools, tool boxes, reference texts and instruments owned by an employee and which are required to be used in the performance of their duties at the request of the Employer.
