Comportment a. LU requires that its students, parents, faculty, and administration to follow the rules and regulations of the School. The undersigned parent(s) recognize(s) that this tuition agreement is for the entire academic year and agrees that LU may require the withdrawal or dismissal of any student if, in the LU’s sole discretion, it concludes that such student’s or parents attitude, influence, progress, or behavior does not serve the best interests of the School.

Comportment. Seller is responsible for the conduct of their employees at all times during the installation process. Seller will adhere to the compliance practices of the installation sites’ management with regard to safety standards, and will maintain good housekeeping practices in the workplace. Seller and their designees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Service Animals Humber Residence acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal. The Resident will also complete a Service Animal Agreement with the Residence Manager or designate, and agrees to adhere to the requirements within it.
