Comply with Applicable Laws. Borrower shall comply with all applicable Laws, including without limitation, all health and environmental Laws, and all other directions, orders and notices of violations issued by any Governmental Agency relating to or affecting Borrower or the Collateral. Further, Borrower shall indemnify and hold Lender harmless from the failure by Borrower to comply with such Laws to the full extent provided for herein.
