Compliance with this policy. Compliance with the requirements and procedures set forth in this Policy, whether or not involving any adverse consequences to the Company, will be an important consideration in HC2 Personnel's annual evaluation and decisions concerning HC2 Personnel's promotion and continuing employment. • Reporting Violations: HC2 Personnel must report all known or suspected violations of this Policy and/or applicable anti-corruption laws.
