Compliance with the Indenture. The Issuer shall not issue, or permit to be issued, any Bonds secured or payable in any manner out of Revenues in any manner other than in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture, and shall not suffer or permit any default to occur under this Indenture, but shall faithfully observe and perform all the covenants, conditions and requirements hereof.
