COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that your advertising, operation and maintenance of the Restaurant in accordance with System Standards are essential to preserve our goodwill including the goodwill of the System, Marks, Copyrights and all EVOS® Restaurants. Therefore, at all times during the Term, you agree to operate and maintain the Restaurant in accordance with each and every System Standard, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the Term. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following with respect to the Restaurant:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that your operation and maintenance of the WOB Tavern in accordance with System Standards are essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all WOB Taverns. Therefore, at all times during the term of this Agreement, you agree to operate and maintain the WOB Tavern in strict accordance with each and every System Standard, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the term of this Agreement. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following with respect to the WOB Tavern:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that your operation and maintenance of the RESTAURANT according to System Standards are essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all XXXXX'X SUBS Restaurants. Therefore, at all times during the term of this Agreement, you agree to operate and maintain the RESTAURANT according to each and every System Standard, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the term of this Agreement, even if you believe that a System Standard, as originally issued or subsequently modified or supplemented, is not in the System's or your RESTAURANT's best interests. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following for the RESTAURANT:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that your operation and maintenance of the Restaurant in accordance with System Standards are essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all RAGIN' RIBS(R) Restaurants. Therefore, at all times during the Term, xxx agree to operate and maintain the Restaurant iN accordance with each and every System Standard, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the Term. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following with respect to the Restaurant:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that operating and maintaining the STORE in accordance with the standards that we have developed for IGA Stores (the “System Standards”) is essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all IGA stores. Therefore, you agree at all times to operate and maintain the STORE in compliance with the System Standards, as we periodically modify and supplement them. We may incorporate System Standards in an operations manual for the development and operation of IGA Stores. The provisions of such operations manual shall be binding on you and us as if contained in this Agreement. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that your operation and maintenance of the STORE in accordance with System Standards are essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all KRISPY KREME STORES. Therefore, at all times during the term of this Agreement, you agree to operate and maintain the STORE in accordance with each and every System Standard, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the term of this Agreement. COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that operating and maintaining the FACILITY in compliance with System Standards are essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all KIDVILLE Facilities. Therefore, you agree at all times to operate and maintain the FACILITY in compliance with all System Standards, as we periodically issue, modify, and supplement them, even if you believe that a System Standard, as originally issued or subsequently modified, is not in the Franchise System’s or the FACILITY’s best interests. Although we retain the right to establish and periodically modify System Standards that you have agreed to maintain, you retain the right to control, and responsibility for, the FACILITY’s day-to-day management and operation and implementing and maintaining System Standards at the FACILITY. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that your operation and maintenance of the WOB Store in accordance with System Standards are essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all WOB Stores. Therefore, at all times during the term of this Agreement, you agree to operate and maintain the WOB Store in strict accordance with each and every System Standard, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the term of this Agreement. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following with respect to the WOB Store:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. You acknowledge and agree that your operation and maintenance of the FACILITY under our System Standards are essential to preserve the goodwill of the Marks and all Cookie System Facilities. Therefore, at all times during the term of this Agreement, you agree to operate and maintain the FACILITY under each and every System Standard, as we periodically modify and supplement them during the term of this Agreement, even if you believe that a System Standard, as originally issued or subsequently modified or supplemented, is not in the System's or your FACILITY's best interests. System Standards may regulate any one or more of the following for the FACILITY:
COMPLIANCE WITH SYSTEM STANDARDS. Franchisee acknowledges that the operation of the Outlet in strict compliance with Franchisor's System Standards is important to Franchisor and other UFood Outlets. Franchisee agrees strictly to comply with and maintain such System Standards in the operation of the Outlet at all times during the term of this Agreement.
