COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. The CONTRACTOR, the COUNTY and the COMMISSION agree to comply with all State laws and regulations that pertain to construction, health and safety, labor, fair employment practice, equal opportunity, lobbying, and all other matters applicable to the CONTRACTOR, COUNTY and the COMMISSION, their sub-grantees, CONTRACTORS, or subcontractor and their work.
