Borrower maintains its Books and Records, Aircraft, Engines, Spare Parts and other assets and properties that are used in the conduct of its business in compliance in all material respects with applicable law, including but not limited to all rules, regulations and standards of the FAA or any other applicable Aviation Authority.

SportsLine shall supply to ETW, at the end of the Axxxxxry Period and in such format reasonably requested by ETW, a database of names, addresses and any other information obtained by SportsLine with respect to users of the Woods Web Site (including, e.g., purchasers of Premium Features, Woxxx Xemorabilia and other merchandise or services sold via the Woxxx Xeb Site, etc.) and Members for ETW's or Woods use in any manxxx. SportsLine is also entitled to keep a copy xx xnd utilize the information in such database for any lawful purpose, but shall not use it in any way to imply an endorsement by ETW or Woods of any company, product or service. (k)

Compliance with Industry Standards. 7.1 AT&T and U S WEST agree to discuss the modification of these interfaces based upon evolving standards (e.g., data elements, protocols, transport networks, etc.) and guidelines issued by or referenced by relevant Alliance for Telecommunication Industry Solution (ATIS) committees. Establishment of new, or changes to industry standards and guidelines will be reviewed on no less than an annual basis commencing on the Effective Date of this Interconnection Agreement. This review will consider standards and guidelines that have reached final closure as well as those published in final form. Both parties agree to evaluate evolving standards and mutually determine the relevant modification to be implemented based upon the latest approved version adopted or the latest version reflecting final closure by the relevant (ATIS) committee or subcommittee. The parties will use reasonable effort to reach closure upon the necessary changes within no more than three(3) months of initiating each review and to implement the changes within nine(9) months or earlier, if reasonably possible, unless there is mutual agreement to a different implementation schedule.

To the knowledge of the Company, all products manufactured and services provided to customers, in whole or in part, by the Company or any Subsidiary and all component parts which are supplied to the Company or any Subsidiary are manufactured or provided in full compliance with and meet industry specific standards set by all organizations which pertain to the business of the Company and each Subsidiary and the Company's and each Subsidiary's products and services have met and satisfied, and continue to meet and satisfy, all product safety standards necessary to permit the sale of the Company's and each Subsidiary's products and services where they are currently sold;
