Compliance with All Rules. We, the undersigned Campers agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions set forth herein; the Rules stated in the Campground Site Map; any request made by Petoskey KOA management or its employees; posted Campground Rules and Regulations; and, all applicable state, county, and township laws and ordinances (hereafter collectively referred to as “Rules & Regulations”). We acknowledge and agree that all Rules & Regulations may be amended at any time by the Petoskey KOA and will be effective by the posting of them in the Lodge Building and agree that any Rule or Regulation can be waived, changed or altered at the discretion of the Petoskey KOA Campground. We further understand and agree that failure by Petoskey KOA to enforce any Rule & Regulation or any provision thereof, shall not constitute a waiver of Petoskey KOA’s right to enforce the Rules & Regulations on other occasions. We acknowledge that we have read and understand the Rules & Regulations. We further understand and agree failure to follow the Rules & Regulations shall, at the sole discretion of Petoskey KOA, result in immediate termination of this rental agreement; forfeiture of all money paid by Camper; and the immediate removal of Camper, their RV and all personal property from the premises at Camper’s sole expense. In such a case, should the Camper fail to immediately remove his RV and other property from the Campground, Petoskey KOA may arrange to have the vehicle removed from the Campground at Camper’s expense.
