Compliance With Acts, Etc. The City will comply with and observe all other obligations, covenants, agreements and requirements set forth in the Ordinance and in the Constitution of the State and in all statutes, laws and regulations binding upon it relating to the Commercial Paper Notes, the Bank Note, this Agreement and the Related Documents.

  • Compliance with ADA The Company and its subsidiaries and each Real Property are currently in compliance with all presently applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, except for any such non-compliance that would not, individually or in aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
