Each of the Buyers and the Seller shall be responsible for their own compliance with regulations related to (i) the conventional gasoline antidumping and toxics compliance standards of 40 C.F.R. Part 80, Subparts E and J, respectively, (ii) gasoline sulfur standards of 40 C.F.R. Part 80, Subpart H, (iii) diesel sulfur standards of 40 C.F.R. Part 80, Subpart I, and (iv) the renewable fuels standards of 40 C.F.R. Part 80, Subpart K.
