Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. AMR has made available to each party a copy of its Code of Conduct, Anti-kickback policies and other compliance policies, as may be changed from time-to-time, at AMR’s web site, located at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx, and each party acknowledges receipt of such documents. AMR warrants that its personnel shall comply with AMR’s compliance policies, including training related to the Anti-kickback Statute.

If CONTRACTOR elects to adhere to HCA’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; the CONTRACTOR shall submit to the ADMINISTRATOR within thirty (30) calendar days of award of this Agreement a signed acknowledgement that CONTRACTOR shall comply with HCA’s subparagraphs 22 verified to include all required elements by ADMINISTRATOR’s Compliance Officer as described in

A2C warrants that its personnel shall comply with A2C’s compliance policies, including training related to the Anti-kickback Statute.

ADMINISTRATOR shall inform CONTRACTOR of any missing required elements and CONTRACTOR shall revise its compliance program and code of conduct to meet ADMINISTRATOR’s required elements within thirty (30) calendar days after ADMINISTRATOR’s Compliance Officer’s determination and resubmit the same for review by the to the ADMINISTRATOR’s satisfaction as consistent with the HCA’s proposed compliance program and code of conduct 3 acknowledge and agree to HCA’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct if the CONTRACTOR’s 4 Compliance Program and Code of Conduct does not 5 contain all required elements. 6 10 conduct and any Compliance related policies and procedures contain compliance program, code of

MedStar has made available to the City a copy of its Code of Conduct, Anti-kickback policies and other compliance policies, as may be changed from time-to-time, at AMR's web site, located at: xxx.xxx.xxx, and the City acknowledges receipt of such documents. MedStar warrants that its personnel shall comply with MedStar's compliance policies, including training related to the Anti-kickback Statute. City personnel shall receive training related to the Anti-kickback Statute and shall be required to comply with the following: AMR compliance policies 10200 (provided no individual Statement of Understanding shall be required by City personnel and the City shall hereby certify that any employees providing services hereunder have received compliance training offered by the City in satisfaction the annual training required thereunder), 10700, and 10800.
Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. The Company has made available to the District a copy of its Code of Conduct, AKS policies and other compliance policies, as may be changed from time to time, at the Company’s Web site, located at: xxx.XxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxx.xxx, and the District acknowledges receipt of such documents. Community Ambulance warrants that its personnel shall also comply with Community Ambulance’s compliance policies and federal AKS.
