Common use of Compliance Audit Clause in Contracts

Compliance Audit. 2 15.1 CONTRACTOR shall make available, within ten (10) days from the 3 date of request by ADMINISTRATOR, a selection of CONTRACTOR’s case records for 4 those Participants referred by ADMINISTRATOR. The review shall include, but 5 will not be limited to, an evaluation of the necessity and appropriateness of 6 services provided, length of services, timeliness of required reports, and 7 completeness of Participant records. Cases to be reviewed shall be selected 8 by ADMINISTRATOR.
