Compliance Audit. (a) No later than 60 days prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Lessee shall submit to the PSCW, with a copy to Lessor, a written list of Independent Auditing Firms. The PSCW shall select one of the Independent Auditing Firms (the “Compliance Auditor”) and give written notice thereof to Lessor and Lessee.
