Compliance Audit. Subcontractor shall comply with the audit requirements of the Prime Agreement and applicable Regulations, and shall implement procedures to ensure its lower-tier subcontractors’ compliance with this Article. Auditors shall have the right upon reasonable notice to audit Subcontractor’s records and procedures for compliance.
