COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS. Lessee shall comply with all state, federal, and local rules, regulations, ordinances, and statutes applicable to Lessee’s use of the Property. Lessee will further comply with any existing deed restrictions and/or subdivision covenants.
COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS. Tenant shall cause the Work to comply in all respects with the following: (i) the Approved Plans, (ii) the Property Code of the City and State in which the Property is located and Federal, State, County, City or other laws, codes, ordinances, rules, regulations and guidance, as each may apply according to the rulings of the controlling public official, agent or other such person, (iii) applicable standards of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or successor organization) and National Electrical Code, (iv) applicable manufacturer’s specifications, and (v) any work rules and regulations as Landlord or its agent may have adopted for the Property, including any Rules attached as an Exhibit to the Lease Document. Tenant shall use only new, first-class materials in the Work, except where explicitly shown in the Approved Plans. Tenant’s Work shall be performed in a thoroughly safe, first-class and workmanlike manner, and shall be in good and usable condition at the date of completion. In case of inconsistency, the requirement with the highest standard protecting or favoring Landlord shall govern.
COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS. Engineer agrees to perform the work hereunder in accordance with generally accepted standards applicable thereto and shall use that degree of care and skill commensurate with the applicable profession to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations relating to the work to be performed hereunder and Engineer’s performance.
COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS. The A/E shall render the services hereunder in accordance with generally accepted standards applicable thereto and shall use that degree of care and skill commensurate with the architectural and engineering professions to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to the services to be rendered hereunder, and A/E's performance.
COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide services hereunder in accordance with the generally accepted standards applicable thereto and shall use that degree of care and skill commensurate with the CONTRACTOR’s trade or profession to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations relating to the services provided hereunder and the CONTRACTOR's performance. The CONTRACTOR shall and does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CITY, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all damages, loss, or liability of any kind, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, death, injury, or property damages, caused by the intentional, knowing, reckless, or negligent act or omission (hereinafter referred to as "fault") of the CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, invitees or other persons for whom it is legally liable, with regard to the performance of this Agreement, and the CONTRACTOR will, at its cost and expense, defend, pay on behalf of, and protect the CITY and its officers, agents, and employees against any and all such claims and demands. Such indemnity shall apply where the suits, actions, legal proceedings, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and attorney fees arise in whole or in part from the fault of the CONTRACTOR. The indemnification provision shall survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement.
COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS. PROVIDER agrees to perform the Services hereunder in accordance with generally accepted standards applicable thereto and shall comply with all applicable state, federal and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to the Services performed hereunder. PROVIDER shall not access any information which they are not authorized to receive, and under no circumstances shall PROVIDER at any time, during the term of this Agreement or thereafter, release or divulge any confidential material, information or documents received during the performance of the Services hereunder without express written consent of CLIENT, nor shall PROVIDER copy, recreate or use any such confidential information or documents other than for the performance of this Agreement. PROVIDER shall not divulge or otherwise make use of trade secrets or other confidential information, procedures or policies under this Agreement. Neither shall PROVIDER copy, recreate or use any proprietary information of any third party in the performance of this Agreement except to the extent authorized by such third parties.

Contractor shall render the services hereunder in accordance with generally accepted standards of Contractors practicing in Fort Bend County, Texas applicable thereto and shall use that customary degree of care and skill commensurate with the profession similar to the Project to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to the services to be rendered hereunder, and Contractor's performance.
COMPLIANCE AND STANDARDS. Consultant agrees to perform the work hereunder in accordance with generally accepted standards applicable thereto and shall use that degree of care and skill commensurate with the management consulting profession to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations relating to the work to be performed hereunder and Consultant’s performance. Consultant agrees that the City shall have the right to use all exhibits, maps, reports, analyses and other documents prepared or compiled by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, and Consultant shall and does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all damages, loss or liability of any kind, whatsoever, by reason of death or injury toproperty or third persons caused by the negligent act or omission of Consultant, its officers, agents, employees, invitees or other persons for whom it is legally liable, with regard to the performance of this Contract.

Contractor shall use its best efforts and perform all professional services agreed hereunder in a manner satisfactory and acceptable to County, in keeping with the best professional standard of care provided by contractor on similar projects and comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to the services to be rendered hereunder.
