Common use of COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATION. The Consultant shall comply with all applicable District, federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, policies and ordinances and workers’ compensation laws. The Consultant represents and warrants it does not have any potential, apparent or actual conflict of interest relating in any way to this Agreement. The consultant and any of its employees and/or sub Consultant(s) are NOT presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or declared ineligible for the award of contracts by any agency.
