Compliance advice. (1) If the Provider is uncertain whether an activity it is engaging in, or proposing to engage in, is prohibited by clauses D.20 to D.23, it may seek clarification from Te Whatu Ora or its Payment Agent, and Te Whatu Ora will provide advice on the matter.
