Complex Alterations. If the nature, volume or complexity of any proposed Alterations, causes Landlord to consult with an independent architect, engineer or other consultant, Tenant will reimburse Landlord for the fees and expenses incurred by Landlord. If any improvements will affect the basic heat, ventilation and air conditioning or other Building systems or the Building, Landlord may require that such work be designed by consultants designated by Landlord and be performed by Landlord or Landlord’s contractors.
Complex Alterations. If the nature, volume or complexity of any proposed alteration, addition, improvement or installation causes Lessor to consult with an independent architect, engineer or other consultant, L▇▇▇▇▇ will reimburse Lessor for the fees and expenses incurred by L▇▇▇▇▇. If any improvements will affect the Building Common Areas, Lessor may require that such work be designed by consultants designated by L▇▇▇▇▇ and be performed by Lessor or Lessor’s contractors at Lessee’s expense.
Complex Alterations. If the nature, volume or complexity of any proposed Alteration will affect the basic heat, ventilation and air conditioning or other Building Facilities or systems or the Building, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord information, including, without limitation, construction plans and consultant’s reports, required by Landlord to assure Landlord that the Alterations do not adversely affect the Building or Building Facilities or systems; otherwise, Landlord may (i) withhold its consent for the Alteration; or (ii) require that the work be designed by consultants designated by Landlord and/or be performed by Landlord or Landlord’s contractors.

If any improvements will affect the basic heat, ventilation and air conditioning or other Building systems or the Building, Landlord may require that such work be designed by consultants reasonably designated by Landlord and be performed by Landlord or Landlord’s contractors.
Complex Alterations. Tenant shall seek Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, of Tenant's architects and engineers who design any Alteration which by the nature of its volume or complexity may adversely affect the Shell Improvements. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s architect or engineer is not approved by Landlord, for any such Alteration, Tenant may nevertheless employ such architect or engineer for such purpose, and Landlord within Landlord's reasonable judgment, may consult with an independent architect, engineer, or other consultant with respect to such alteration and Tenant will reimburse Landlord for the reasonable fees and expenses incurred by Landlord. If any Alteration will affect the basic mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems of the Improvements, Landlord may require that the work be reviewed by consultants designated by Landlord at Tenant's reasonable expense.

Tenant shall furnish to Landlord Information reasonably required by Landlord to insure Landlord that the Alterations meet Landlord's reasonable requirements so as not to adversely affect the Building or Building Facilities or systems; otherwise. Landlord may require that the work be designed by consultants designated by Landlord and be performed by Landlord or Landlord's contractors. Any work described in this Section 6.5(a) must be approved as determined in Landlord's sole discretion, which will not be reasonably withheld.
