Common use of Completion of Project Clause in Contracts

Completion of Project. The Recipient must manage the Project so that drilling is completed by 31 December 2021. Despite clause 3.2(a), the Recipient shall use its best endeavours to complete the Project as soon as possible after the Commencement Date. Within 2 weeks of the Drilling Completion Date the Recipient will notify the Department in writing of: the completion of the drilling; and details as to the drilling work done.
