Complete and Accurate Information. The computer tape from which the selection was made of the Receivables being assigned on the Closing Date or Funding Date, as applicable, has been made available to any firm performing agreed upon procedures with respect to any information contained in the Registration Statement, and such information was complete and accurate as of its date and includes a description of the same Receivables that are described on the Schedule of Receivables and the payments due thereunder as of the Closing Date or Funding Date, as applicable.
