Common use of Complete Agreement Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter.

Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes embodies the entire agreement and understanding of between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to such the subject mattermatter hereof.
