Complete Agreement; Modification and Amendment. This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties hereto and supersedes all previous written and oral agreements and communications relating to the provision of the services described hereunder. Other than as set forth herein, including but not limited to any amendment provided for by Section 5, this Agreement may only be modified or amended by a writing signed by the parties hereto, provided, however, that we may change any term of this Agreement, or add any additional term to this Agreement, by providing you with fifteen (15) days’ advance written notice of such change. If you decline to accept such change, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to terminate this Agreement and withdraw from your FDR program.
