Competitive Business Activities. Employee agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and for a period of time ending on the date occurring six months (6) months after the later of the date his employment terminates and/or this Agreement terminates (irrespective of the circumstances of such termination) (the "Non-Competition Period"), Employee will not engage in the following activities:
