Common use of Competitive Bidding Clause in Contracts

Competitive Bidding. The Grantee agrees that all procurement transactions involving the use of state funds shall be conducted in a manner that provides maximum open and free competition. When competitive selection is not feasible or practical, the Grantee agrees to obtain the written approval of the Grant Administrator before making a sole source selection.
