Common use of Competitive Bid Quote Request Clause in Contracts

Competitive Bid Quote Request. When the Borrower wishes to request offers to make Competitive Bid Loans under this Section 2.3, it shall transmit to the Administrative Agent (whether or not it is the Competitive Bid Agent) by telecopy a Competitive Bid Quote Request substantially in the form of Exhibit M so as to be received no later than (i) at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Borrowing Date proposed therein, in the case of a Eurodollar Auction or (ii) at least two (2) Business Days (or, if so agreed by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, one (1) (but not less than one (1)) Business Day) prior to the Borrowing Date proposed therein, in the case of an Absolute Rate Auction.
