Competition Guidelines and Training. The Corporation shall prepare and adopt competition law compliance guidelines and a corresponding training program, approved by the Board by way of Ordinary Resolution, as soon as practicable after the date hereof. All officers, consultants and employees of the Corporation who shall have contact with Members for the purposes of effecting the operation and management of the Corporation shall undergo competition law compliance training, and the Corporation shall provide such training for each new officer, consultant and employee of the Corporation, as required.
