Common use of Competition Approvals Clause in Contracts

Competition Approvals. Any applicable waiting period (if any) (and any extension thereof) under the HSR Act shall have expired or been terminated and all required filings (if any) shall have been made, applicable waiting periods (if any) (and extensions thereof) expired or been terminated, and required approvals (if any) obtained pursuant to or in connection with any applicable foreign Law relating to antitrust or competition matters.

Any applicable waiting period (if any) (and including any extension extensions thereof) under the HSR Act shall have expired and any commitments by the parties not to close before a certain date under any timing agreement entered with any Governmental Authority related to an investigation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and any approvals or been terminated and all required filings waiting or review periods (if anyincluding any extensions thereof) for any other applicable Competition Law of the jurisdictions set forth in Schedule 6.1(a) shall have been made, applicable waiting periods (if any) (and extensions thereof) received or have expired or been terminated, and required approvals (if any) obtained pursuant to or in connection with any applicable foreign Law relating to antitrust or competition mattersas applicable.
