Common use of Competing Business Clause in Contracts

Competing Business. “Competing Business” means any depository, wealth management or trust business company or holding company thereof (including without limitation, any start-up bank or bank in formation) operating anywhere within the Covered Area.

Competing Business. “Competing Business” means any depository, wealth management financial institution or trust business company that competes with, or holding company thereof (including will compete, in any county in which the Bank or its Affiliates maintain a banking office. The Term “Competing Business” includes, without limitation, any start-up bank or bank other financial institution or trust company in formation) operating anywhere within the Covered Area.
