Common use of COMPETE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

COMPETE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the matters covered hereby, except that this Agreement shall not supersede or otherwise modify in any respect any agreement of the parties hereto contained in the Standstill Agreement or the Investment Agreement.
