Compensation Upon Termination or During Disability. The Executive hereby agrees that no severance compensation of any kind, nature or amount shall be payable to the Executive except as expressly set forth in this Section 9, and except for such payments, the Executive hereby irrevocably waives any claim for severance compensation.
