Common use of Compensation Protection Clause in Contracts

Compensation Protection. 24.1 All employees shall be covered by the Workers' Compensation Act. No employee shall have her employment terminated as a result of absence from work with a compensable accident. Pending settlement of the insurable claim, the employee shall continue to accrue seniority and shall continue to receive the full benefits of this Agreement.
