Common use of Compensation of the Manager Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Manager. For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.20%. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

Compensation of the Manager. For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.200.25%. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

Compensation of the Manager. For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.200.03%. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager Manager, at the end of each month, a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value equal to one-twelfth of .90 percent of the Portfolio as average daily net assets of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.20%Portfolio. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.25% of the first $100 million of average daily net assets and 0.20%% of average daily net assets exceeding $100 million. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

Compensation of the Manager. For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager Manager, at the end of each month, a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value equal to one- twelfth of .75 percent of the Portfolio as average daily net assets of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.20%Portfolio. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.40% of the first $40 million of average daily net assets and 0.20%% of the average daily net assets exceeding $40 million. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.200.55%. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.200.33 of 1%. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.200.58%. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value of the Portfolio as of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.200.53%. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

Compensation of the Manager. For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager Manager, at the end of each month, a fee computed on equal to one-twelfth of .70 percent of the aggregate daily average net asset value assets of the Portfolio as of during the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.20%month. In the event that this Agreement is terminated at other than a month-end, the fee for such month shall be prorated, as applicable.

Compensation of the Manager. For the services to be rendered by the Manager as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Manager Manager, at the end of each month, a fee computed on the aggregate net asset value equal to one- twelfth of .50 percent of the Portfolio as average daily net assets of the close of each business day and payable monthly at the annual rate of 0.20%Portfolio.
